Regardless of the mileage I travel, any member who drives more than 100 miles to attend a Challenge ride, I will award him or her, a Challenge Pin, to recognize their sacrifice to participate in another Chapter’s function. To simplify this effort, there are no requirements that you drive a motorcycle, just attend the function and register. The “Challenge Pin” consists of a pewter miniature of the Challenger Space Shuttle, to stand out among other motorcycle pins.

A primary purpose of the Southern Regional Conference is to promote Chapter interaction through participation. Unfortunately, current economic strains have impacted every facet of our lives, by increasing the cost of everyday essentials, resulting in less recreational cash. This has resulted in lower participation in Chapter rides and local functions, including worthwhile fundraisers. In order to recognize the financial sacrifices made by members, who attend worthwhile fundraisers, I will announce periodic Chapter events and offer the following CHALLENGE:
